Topsail Elite Cleaning and Organizing, LLC

We use Topsail Elite Cleaning and Organizing to clean our Topsail Island, NC vacation rental home. They have been so wonderful to work with! Their cleaning has been excellent, they're reliable, and knowledgeable about the vacation rental industry. I bounce ideas off of Jana frequently. Since we don't live locally, they also help with receiving packages for us and taking them to the home, and help with miscellaneous maintenance items. They also handle our linens, which is not common in this market. They are the perfect size team for us because we get individual care, but still have a large enough team that you aren't totally reliant on one single person. Since we manage the property but don't live locally, its absolutely critical that we have an excellent cleaner to be our boots on the ground, and they absolutely fit the bill!

The cleaners showed up on-time and were extremely polite and courteous, they took their time and did a full walk through the house with me prior to starting cleaning. I never once felt rushed, they listened to all the areas I wanted special attention paid to when they cleaned and the house looked spotless when they were done. The 3 Cleaners and the owner spent nearly 5 hours cleaning my 1,900 sq. ft home which blew my mind. I had a deep cleaning done for my realtor to have pictures taken to list my home and the realtor told me this was by far the best cleaning job he has seen in a long time. My house was on the market for 5 days and sold for quite a bit more than our asking price, and I'm confident that the cleaning job that Topsail Elite did for me was a big part of that. Definitely Recommend them to anyone who wants to really clean their home
